•All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
•Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
•In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take additional time.
 
 
2. Shipping Locations
•Suvasya currently ships across India.
•Delivery to certain remote or rural areas may take additional time depending on courier availability.
 
 
3. Shipping Charges
•Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.
•Any additional charges such as COD fees (if available) will be displayed before order confirmation.
 
 
4. Estimated Delivery Time
•Standard delivery time ranges between 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
•Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
 
 
5. Order Tracking
•Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
•Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking link.
 
 
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
•Suvasya is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
•In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as per their investigation process.
 
 
7. Incorrect Address
•Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping details.
•Suvasya will not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
•Re-shipping charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
 
 
8. Damaged Packages
•If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery.
•In case the package is accepted, any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos.
 
 
9. Partial Shipments
•In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or logistics requirements.
•Customers will be notified in such cases.
 
 
10. Delivery Confirmation
•Delivery is considered complete once the order is delivered to the address provided by the customer.
•Suvasya shall not be responsible for loss or damage after successful delivery confirmation.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
